These are transfers into and out of public casino wallets, read from the chains themselves and valued in dollars at the hour they happened. They cover only the wallets we can attribute, so deposits are a lower bound; withdrawals can include a casino moving its own money, so net flow is not profit, and the house take is an estimate with a range. Every wallet and rule is on the data page. For what we think of each casino read the casino reviews, and if deposits are something you are trying to cut down, our responsible gambling guide is the place to start.

On-chain casino news FAQ

Updated 5 questions
What counts as an event?

One line is written whenever something notable happens in a tracked wallet: a whale transfer, a cash-out that hopped straight to another casino, payouts going quiet and resuming, reserves at a high or low, a move to cold storage or an exchange, a treasury transfer, a rank change, a record, a market-share shift, money passing straight through, a token burn, a new wallet, a fake look-alike address, a stream effect or a gap in the data. Events are grouped as Big money, Payouts, Reserves and Ranks and records, with three levels of importance, and each is written once and kept for good with its transaction link.

Is “payouts quiet” or “reserves falling” a warning about the casino?

No. An event says that something measurable changed; it does not say why. Quiet means the gap since that casino’s last payout is far longer than its usual gap, which can be a slow night, a new hot wallet we have not labelled yet, or a chain we could not read for a while. A fall in reserves is often money moving to cold storage we do not track. Both are a reason to look, and the event carries the transaction or wallet so you can. The board never gives a verdict on a casino.

Can I follow the events outside the page?

Yes. The RSS button on the Events view gives the notable events as a feed any reader can subscribe to, and every event row has a share button that draws a card with the figure, the casino and the time stamp, and a link back to the event. Headline events of the last 24 hours also show as a badge on the News tab wherever you are on the board, so a big move is never missed.

What is in the weekly report?

The last seven complete days in cards: the market total with its change against the week before, a podium of the three biggest casinos by deposits, the climbers and fallers in the rankings, and the deposit, outflow, casino hop and wallet of the week, each with its transaction. The written version of the week sits folded underneath for anyone who wants the prose. Each week’s report is kept, so past weeks can be read back.

What does the Streamers view measure?

What happens on-chain while a streamer is live at a casino: deposits into that casino during the stream against what it normally takes in those hours, adjusted for how busy the rest of that day was. The number of deposits is the steady measure; the dollar figure swings, and single deposits of $50,000 or more are left out so one whale is never credited to a stream. Each streamer gets a reading of clear, possible or no clear effect. It is a link in time, not proof that a stream caused a deposit, and the view appears only when our streamers hub has sessions to match.
