These terms apply to everyone who uses casinodrop.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher. Online gambling is not legal everywhere. It is your responsibility to check the law in your own country before you use any casino we write about, and to follow it.
2. We are an information site, not a casino
CasinoDrop does not operate games, accept bets, hold player funds or pay out winnings. We are not owned by, and do not act for, any casino we review. Everything on this site is published for information and entertainment. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
3. Accuracy of our content
We work hard to keep our reviews, ratings, bonus details and game data correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. Casinos change their bonuses, terms, licences, payment methods and country restrictions without telling us. Offers also vary by country.
Always read the casino’s own terms and conditions before you deposit. If there is a difference between what we say and what the casino says, the casino’s terms are the ones that count.
4. Tools, trackers and simulators
Our calculators, simulators, trackers and the provably fair verifier are provided free and “as is”. They are educational tools built on public data and standard maths. Past results, tracked rounds and simulated outcomes do not predict future results. No tool, system or strategy can beat the house edge. Use them at your own risk.
5. Member accounts
You can use every page on CasinoDrop without an account. On the sports odds desk you can also create a free account so that your favourites, alert rules, settings and bet journal follow you between devices.
Who can register. You must be 18 or older, and old enough to gamble where you live. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up. If you are in a place where we block the site, you cannot register.
Your login. You choose a username and a password and give us an email address. The email address is your login name. Right now we do not send email, so we cannot verify the address and we cannot reset a forgotten password. Keep your password somewhere safe. When email verification and password reset arrive, we will ask existing members to verify their address then.
What the account is not. An account on CasinoDrop is not a betting account. We do not take deposits, hold funds, place bets or settle anything. The bet slip and the bet journal are calculators and a notebook: the figures come from the prices on the desk, and the results in the journal are the ones you enter yourself. The edges, stake suggestions and fair prices the desk shows are estimates worked out from those prices; they are not advice. A “Bet at” link opens the sportsbook’s own site, where their terms apply.
Your responsibilities. Keep your password to yourself. One person, one account. Do not use the account to scrape the site, to automate requests, or to impersonate anyone. We rate-limit sign-in attempts and may block addresses that hammer the sign-in endpoints.
Ending the account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu on the page; that removes the account and everything stored with it, immediately and for good. You can also ask us by email at help@casinodrop.com. We remove accounts that have not signed in for 24 months, and we may remove an account that breaks these terms.
Changes. If we change this section in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in.

Some links on this site are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. This costs you nothing extra and does not change our ratings. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Links to other websites
When you follow a link to a casino or any other third-party site, you leave CasinoDrop. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices or how they treat you as a customer. Any dispute about a casino account, a bonus or a withdrawal is between you and that casino.
8. Using our content
The text, reviews, ratings, tools, data, design and logos on this site belong to CasinoDrop or the people we licence them from. You may read, share and quote short extracts with clear credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, scrape or resell our content, or use it to train commercial models, without written permission. Casino and game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Comments and anything you send us
If you leave a comment or send us content, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to publish and edit it. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, defamatory, spam or promotional, and do not post other people’s personal details. We can remove any comment or block any user, at our discretion and without notice.
10. Fair use of the site
Please do not try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it automatically, or interfere with how it works for other people.
11. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from using this site or anything you find on it. That includes gambling losses, losses caused by out-of-date or incorrect information, and losses caused by a third-party casino. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
12. Availability
We may change, pause, restrict or shut down any part of the site at any time, including blocking access from countries where we are not permitted to operate. We do not promise that the site will always be online or error free.

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the day it is published on this page, and the “last updated” date will change. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
