SolCasino launched in December 2021 as the first casino built natively on Solana, and for a Solana user the appeal is obvious. Connect Phantom, play in SOL, USDC, USDT or dozens of ecosystem tokens including memecoins, and withdraw back to the wallet in seconds; deposits land in the casino balance within moments of confirming in the wallet. The SCS token can be staked for USDC yield, NFTs carry revenue share, a 70-level VIP ladder pays rakeback, and a sportsbook sits beside 3,000-plus games.

The trust picture is what pulls the score down, and it pulls hard. Casino Guru rates SolCasino 5.5, Below Average, citing unfair terms clauses and a high volume of unresolved complaints relative to its size, including a USD 99,937 banned-account case and KYC delays of up to 38 days. Trustpilot carries a detailed account of verification completed, approved and displayed as complete in the app, followed by ten months of “under review” replies and more than twenty ignored offers to supply source-of-funds documents. The licence is from the Tobique Gaming Commission in New Brunswick, held by a Costa Rica entity, one of the lightest arrangements in this series. Sportsbook settlement complaints and support that players call the worst in crypto gambling round it out.

Our answer: if you are a Solana user who wants to play a little from a wallet you control and withdraw the same session, the product works. Do not leave money on it, do not accept the 360% bonus without reading every line, and do not expect help if something goes wrong.

Licence, ownership & who can play

FindingA Tobique Gaming Commission licence held by a Costa Rica company. Tobique is a lighter-touch regulator than Curaçao’s reformed framework, and player recourse in escalated disputes is limited.

SolCasino is operated by Three Gaming Limitada, registered in Costa Rica, under the Tobique Gaming Commission of New Brunswick, registration 3-102-910242. Some older reviews still describe it as Anjouan-licensed. Treat the current licence as a baseline of legitimacy rather than a source of protection: there is no independent dispute body, and the complaint record shows what happens when a player needs one.

Who can play

The United States, United Kingdom and France are restricted among others. The terms treat unauthorised VPN use as grounds for penalties, and independent reviewers advise against it unless support has approved it in writing. Given how SolCasino handles disputes, a VPN breach is an easy reason to hold funds.

FindingProvably fair Originals and a certified third-party floor. Casino Guru’s assessment flags unfair terms clauses, which is a different kind of fairness problem.

Dice, Crash, Plinko and other Originals carry the provably fair tag and expose seed data. Third-party games rely on studio certification. The fairness concern here is contractual rather than mathematical: clauses the independent safety index treats as unfair to players, and a record of applying them.

Each supported Original commits to a hashed server seed, accepts a client seed and increments a nonce per bet; after rotation the server seed is revealed and any completed bet can be recomputed.

1. Save the bet ID before raising a fairness complaint.
2. Rotate the seed pair to reveal the old server seed.
3. Match the exact game, client seed, server seed and nonce, and use the game-specific formula.

The token and NFT layer is the most distinctive thing about SolCasino and also its most speculative. Staking yield depends on platform revenue and token demand, and some community members argue the NFT revenue share costs the platform too much, which is a comment on sustainability worth noting.
