FindingDicey is the most credibly backed new casino in this series and one of the least finished. The score reflects a strong foundation and a short record.

Dicey is built by Magic Eden, the NFT marketplace that became one of Solana’s most-used platforms, and it arrives with things almost no crypto casino has: investors including Sequoia, Paradigm, Greylock and Electric Capital, and a leadership team whose names are public. In a sector where the norm is an anonymous company in an offshore jurisdiction, that matters. If something goes wrong here, there are real people with real reputations attached to the outcome.

The product launched in beta in March 2026 as a no-KYC crypto casino. Dicey Originals cover Dice, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, Coinflip and Blackjack with HMAC-SHA256 seed-pair verification, and CasinoDrop already runs a Dicey verifier page. The third-party floor sits around 3,000 to 4,000 titles from 30 to 40-plus studios, with slots, table games, crash games and live dealer. Deposits and withdrawals start at a dollar, withdrawals are described as instant even at higher amounts, and the stated maximum is USD 100,000. Rakeback, daily bonuses, wager races and leaderboards are live; the hosts are active and, according to early players, unusually good.

What is missing is time. Trustpilot has a dozen reviews, all positive. Casino Guru rates Dicey 7.3 with no complaint pattern. The Anjouan licence number is published, but the footer does not name the company that holds it, which is an odd gap for a brand whose whole pitch is transparency. The sportsbook is announced and not yet live.

Our answer: a promising, well-built casino from people who have shipped consumer products at scale before. Play it for the Originals and the cashier, keep balances modest while the record builds, and check back once the sportsbook ships.

Licence, ownership & who can play

FindingThe people behind Dicey are more identifiable than at almost any other casino in this series; the company holding the licence is less so.

Dicey publishes Anjouan Gaming Authority licence ALSI-202511054-FI2. Independent reviewers who checked the live footer and terms in July and August 2026 could not find the legal operating company named there. Magic Eden’s ownership is public and its leadership is on the record, which is a stronger accountability signal than most licences provide. CasinoDrop would still like the licensed entity in the footer; it is a small fix with real value, and it is what the How We Rate criteria ask for.

Anjouan provides a regulator to contact and little else: no independent dispute body, no mandated fund segregation, no fixed complaint timeline. The record is six months long.

Who can play

The terms carry a restricted-regions list that names Ontario among others; Dicey is not on the iGaming Ontario operator list. VPN use is a breach.

Each Original commits to a hashed server seed, accepts a client seed you control and increments a nonce per bet. After rotation the server seed is revealed and any completed bet can be recomputed. Independent reviewers rate the implementation as clean; CasinoDrop’s Dicey verifier does the recomputation client-side, with nothing sent to any server.

Independent counts put the floor between 3,000 and 4,000 games from 30 to 40-plus providers: slots, table games, crash games and live dealer from licensed studios. The seven Originals are the more interesting half, well executed and quick. The site is still adding the features it envisioned at launch, and the catalogue is likely to grow with them.

No documents are required to deposit, play or withdraw. That is the design, not an oversight: Dicey’s position is that a crypto casino demanding passport scans has made the crypto part cosmetic. Larger transactions or flagged accounts may still face compliance review under the terms.
