FindingThrill is what a crypto casino looks like when it is designed by people who have used the others: fewer things, done well. The product score is strong. The weighted score is held down by a young track record, the lightest common licence and a responsible-gambling toolkit that stops at self-exclusion.

Thrill launched in 2025 and did not try to out-shout anyone. There is no welcome bonus, no token, no lottery and no ten-thousand-game claim. What there is: a clean two-tab layout for casino and sportsbook, nine provably fair Originals with published RTPs between 98.15% and 99.48%, a rewards engine built entirely on rakeback that scales to 70% of house edge, no withdrawal limits, no withdrawal fee and a cashier that clears Solana in under a minute.

The product-only case for 8.5 is that everything it does, it does cleanly. The weighted score comes down to 8.1 because trust carries 30% and Thrill’s paperwork is thin: an Anjouan licence through a Costa Rica company, a Trustpilot profile at 2.2 out of 5 from a small sample with a pattern of KYC-delay complaints, and an unresolved AskGamblers case in which a player says a three-month self-exclusion was reopened early and roughly USD 71,000 was lost. Self-exclusion is the only responsible-gambling tool the site offers, so that complaint carries extra weight.

Our answer: a strong option for regular crypto players who value ongoing rakeback over a sign-up splash and who will manage their own limits. Verify early, withdraw routinely and treat the rewards page as the product it is.

This is a research edition. CasinoDrop checked what can be verified publicly and did not fund an account, time a withdrawal or open a support case.

Licence, ownership & who can play

FindingAn Anjouan licence held by a Costa Rica company, the same structure Gamdom uses. One reviewer also cites a Curaçao OGL number; CasinoDrop could not confirm it and does not rely on it.

Thrill is operated by Gravity Unleashed Limitada, registered in Costa Rica, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202506019-FI1. One independent review additionally lists a Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1052/0508. CasinoDrop did not find that number on Thrill’s own pages and treats the Anjouan permit as the operative licence.

Anjouan licensing offers a regulator to contact and little else: no independent dispute body, no mandated fund segregation, no fixed complaint timeline. With a 2025 launch, the operating record is short, and the complaint history is the best available evidence of how discretion is used.

Who can play

Thrill’s prohibited list runs to more than a hundred jurisdictions and includes the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands, Germany, France, Curaçao, Cyprus, the British Virgin Islands, China and Russia. The help centre notes that VPN connections are not actively blocked but using one from a prohibited jurisdiction is not permitted, and a later KYC check showing a restricted address leads to withheld funds and closure.

Fairness & published RTP

FindingThrill publishes RTP on its Originals and runs a Boosted RTP category on third-party games. That is above the sector average for transparency.

The nine Originals carry published returns between 98.15% and 99.48%. Independent testers cross-checked those against in-game panels and found them consistent. A Boosted RTP section lists third-party slots running above their standard configuration, with some Pragmatic Play titles reported at 97.5% against the usual 96%. That category is useful; it does not prove every other game is on its highest build, so open the information panel on any slot before betting.

Thrill names no independent testing laboratory of its own; fairness on outside games rests on studio certification. Casino Guru’s game-authenticity check found no fake games.

RTP ruleRTP describes long-run design, not the next spin. A boosted configuration narrows the edge; it does not remove variance.

Provably fair: what you can verify

FindingSeed-pair verification with HMAC-SHA512 on nine Originals, checkable through your transaction history.

Thrill’s Originals commit to a hashed server seed before play, accept a client seed and increment a nonce per bet. After rotation, the revealed server seed lets you recompute any completed bet. The site uses HMAC-SHA512 rather than the more common SHA256 variant; the principle is the same and independent testers confirmed results reproduce. Verification is reached through the bet in your transaction history.

Thrill is not yet on CasinoDrop’s unified verifier. It is on the roadmap and will carry method notes before we call it verified.

What’s on the floor: Originals, slots & live

FindingA curated floor rather than a big one. Roughly 3,100 to 3,500 games from 39 providers, led by the studios that matter, with nine Originals that cover the essentials.

Independent crawls counted 3,151 and 3,483 games depending on date and region. That is well below the sector’s largest floors and above what most players will ever open. Slots dominate; filters cover provider, features, volatility and a hide-unavailable toggle for restricted-country sessions.

Thrill Originals

Crash, Dice, Keno, Limbo, Mines, Blackjack, Plinko, Hi-Lo and Slide. Solid, clean and quick, with RTP in view. They are not trying to reinvent the category and they do not need to.

Slots and live

Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City anchor the floor. Live dealer is drawn from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live with roulette and baccarat best covered; RNG table games are thin. Live play earns race XP on the standard casino formula.

FindingA BETBY-powered book on the same wallet, with esports and the main leagues. Independent reviewers rate the casino as the stronger half. Prices were not tested.

Pre-match and live betting across dozens of sports and esports, run through a third-party sportsbook platform rather than in-house. Sports wagers earn three XP per dollar, triple the rate for 99% RTP casino games, which is a strong incentive for bettors. No independent margin comparison has been published and CasinoDrop did not run one.

VIP, rakeback & loyalty

FindingOne of the most transparent ladders in the sector: eight tiers, a published XP formula and a stated 70% rakeback ceiling.

The ladder runs Spark, Charge, Pulse, Surge, Ignite, Rush, Blaze and Apex, with Apex at one billion XP. XP is earned on each bet’s house edge: roughly one XP per dollar on 99% RTP games, three per dollar on 97% RTP games and three per dollar on sports. Rakeback rises with tier to a maximum of 70% of house edge at the top, with monthly cashback up to 10%.

CasinoDrop credits Thrill for publishing the formula, the thresholds and the ceiling. That is exactly what Gamdom and Roobet do not do. The maths still applies: 70% of a 1% edge on a game you would not otherwise play is a loss, not a return, and a billion XP is a description of enormous turnover.

Standard cashouts skip manual approval and the terms publish no daily, weekly or monthly ceilings, though they reserve the right to set limits at operator discretion. Trustpilot complaints show a real pattern of delays tied to verification requests, sometimes triggered after a win rather than at signup, so build in time for a first larger cashout.

Only Level 1 information is required to open an account and, in independent tests, to withdraw four figures. Thrill publishes its Originals RTPs, its XP formula and its rakeback ceiling, which is more than most. It states that crypto is held in multi-signature custody. It does not publish a liability-matched reserve attestation, and a 2025 launch means the operating record is short. Keep only session funds on-site and withdraw routinely.

Customer support: response vs resolution

Finding24/7 live chat with a usable help centre. Independent testers found agents accurate on practical questions, including confirming there is no deposit bonus and that KYC can be triggered at withdrawal.

Live chat is the primary channel, backed by email and a help centre covering accounts, payments, rewards and betting rules. Casino Guru lists six complaints, all categorised as rejected under its methodology, which means the platform did not find grounds to rule against Thrill rather than that every player was satisfied. The AskGamblers self-exclusion case remains unresolved.

There is no native app; the browser experience is fast and clean on modern phones. CasinoDrop did not run device benchmarks and makes no load-time claim.

Editorial viewSimple and effective. Thrill resists the urge to add a feature for its own sake, and the product is better for it.

Community & player base

FindingA growing but still modest player base for a 2025 launch. The weekly race is the community engine.

Thrill has not built the streamer machine that Roobet and Rainbet run, and its player base is smaller as a result. Chat and the USD 75,000 weekly race keep the site active; leaderboards are competitive without being dominated by a handful of whales. Community is atmosphere, not evidence; keep account and payment matters in formal support.

Community pulse: the record, including the caveats

FindingHigh on the independent safety index, poor on Trustpilot from a small sample, and one serious complaint category that matters more than the rest.

Casino Guru assigns Thrill a Safety Index of 8.1, rated High, with no blacklist placement and no unfair or predatory clauses found. Trustpilot shows 2.2 out of 5 from roughly 124 reviews, a small sample skewed by withdrawal-delay and KYC-friction complaints.

Positive themes repeat: fast crypto both ways, no fees, the rakeback and lossback system, the clean layout and quick chat. Negative themes: withdrawals held for verification after a win, generic updates during review and accounts closed for alleged terms breaches.

The self-exclusion complaint

AskGamblers lists an unresolved case in which a player says Thrill reopened a requested three-month restriction early and a loss of around USD 71,500 followed; the casino declined a refund. Casino Guru’s list includes a similar entry. CasinoDrop cannot adjudicate the facts. What we can say is that when self-exclusion is a casino’s only responsible-gambling tool, its integrity is the whole safety net, and a credible allegation that it failed weighs heavily in the trust column.

Recourse

Complaints go to support. Beyond that, the route is the Anjouan authority and third-party mediation. No named dispute body appears in the terms.

1. Complete KYC and a small withdrawal before holding a material balance.
2. Save terms and cashier screens at the time of the transaction.
3. Keep bet IDs, seed inputs, transaction hashes and every support reference.
4. Use written escalation and ask for the clause and evidence relied on.

Thrill’s responsible-gaming section is largely formal. A player can ask support to suspend the account for between one and 180 days. There is no self-serve limit of any kind, no permanent exclusion and no cooling-off design. Combined with the complaint above, this is the clearest weakness in the product and the first thing CasinoDrop would fix.
